I'm going to go with the 16mb ProSavage S3 graphics abomination.

And the disc drive from an old Dell that would only work if I thumped it while the disc was loading. Had to strike it repeatedly with the palm of my hand, kind of like chest compressions. I kind of liked it at the time, gave my PC character.

Basically you want at least 15 things running in the sys tray too.

eBay prebuilts? Saw one the other day claiming to be one of the fastest PCs ever that would blow Crysis out of the water with SLI and a 12GHz cpu for around £600 and you could pick any case you wanted!

Obviously you all see what's coming...Q6600, 4GB generic RAM, 975 chipset with single PCI-E x16 slot....then where prey is the SLI? Combine the onboard 7150 with the 8500GT and BOOM fastest gaming machine evurrr. Fair play to the bloke he went for maximum profit, his sales pitch was fairly decent and he sells them by the truckload. Suckers.
