SPec me an upgrade please :)

Well im getting some money within the next month so i would like to know what you would recommend me buying for my comp

I'll have around £500 to spend on my current system:

E2180
Asus P5E (X38)
2Gb Geil ULL (800Mhz)
ACF7 PRO
512Mb 8800GT
500Gb WD Caviar
CM Realpower 620W

Originally i was planning on getting the following:

One of the new yorkfield Quads @ Around £200
Tuniq tower @ £25 or Swiftech H20 Extreme @ around £120
4Gb (2x2Gb) OCZ vista Gold Series (800mhz) @ £65
Arctic Cooling Accelero S1 @ £19
Couple of Yate Loons @ £6 a pop
Another 500gb Caviar @ £65

But now i'm thinking about getting the following:

E8200 - £129.24
4Gb (2x2Gb) OCZ vista Gold Series (800mhz) - £64.61
Tuniq tower @ £27.01
AC Accelero S1 with Zalman memory heatsinks and Akasa thermal tape - £24.97
3 Yate loons - £17.58

What would you spec me for an upgrade?

What do you use your computer for most? The second option is a lot cheaper but if you aren't going to be using quad core fully then it makes quite a bit of sense.

Mostly it would just be used for Gaming with some Photoshop thrown in. I decided on the E8200 as it was the cheapest yorkfield and i doubt i would have much need for a Quad. I also chose the OCZ memory as i'd prefer 2 Sticks of ram and since crysis and stalker seem to take up around 1.5Gb for me iv'e decided on more memory. I am still not sure on what the best memory for OC'ing is and i am hoping on getting 4ghz out of the new chip. And last of all i might get a Fan controller as i often leave my comp on overnight Torrenting etc and would like it to be as silent as possible.
