Looking to upgrade in a couple weeks, i have a budget around £450 - £500 (also free delivery)

My current spec is:
Q6600 @ 3.4
Msi GTX470 frozr II
8GB GeIL Black Dragon
Asus P5Q-E
Antec 900
Tuniq tower cooler
850 Corsair psu

I guess im looking for a motherboard, ram(8gb), cpu and cpu cooler.

Needs to be able to support sli as i might be getting a cheap 2nd hand 470


edit: will be overclocking as well
