Spec me an upgrade/rebuild - £400ish

Freezer Pro 7 Rev.2 comes with pre-applied MX-2 paste, not the generic crap like most CPU coolers.

Palit GT220 512MB DDR2

I've upgraded a majority of my computer as above, but I've yet to upgrade my RAM, i was thinking is it worth me upgrading my MoBo, so that i could use faster RAM with the Q6600 or is it not worth it?
 
If your not overclocking, just run it with the fastest dual channel DDR2 RAM supported by your present MB. Looking at the MB specs that would be 667Mhz modules rather than the 533 Mhz that you have currently. You may may benefit from getting 2 x 2Gb sticks which Win 7 will fully utilise :)

that's the cheapest option otherwise it's new MB and RAM :)
