Spec me an upgrade...(yep - another!)

Hi,

Im looking to upgrade my socket 939 system into something new; im looking for fast yet cool (as in temps!).

I think i want a wolfdale, but im not sure what motherboard and ram to get ? Can you guys help me out. My budget is around 100 for the board and 100 for the ram. Everything else i have already, it will be used with an 8800gt (1 gig) and i plan to buy Vista as well - ideas please.....

P.S my bits will be on the bay when im decided

I've picked the parts with some overclocking in mind given it seems a bit of a waste not to clock a Wolfdale. The CPU cooler is pretty good as well.
