best one imo. Although I am biased. Keeps my chip nice and cool at 32c @ 3.25Ghz - 1.2125volts

keeps my cpu Freezing @ 30oc idle and 48 load...

I'm using an Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro CPU Cooler on my P5Q-E with a Q6600 and i had to remove a small section of the heatsink to fit it. Keeps my temps nice and low, 28c @ 3.2.

I've got one of these for my E8500.

30 idle 39 load at stock, so should do well for an o/c just haven't needed to or got round to messing with it yet..

Oh just a thought... remember that the temp sensors on a E8500 can be a bit dodgy (or any E8xxx as far as I'm aware) so you'll need to calibrate realtemp (if that's what you're using?) so your temps may not be as bad a they seem...

I know on mine the core 1 sensor is a bit funny, it's always stuck at 35 regardless

hi mate in that price range you would be better going for the ACF7 pro

very nice cooler and is not back plate mounted, ( which makes it a lot faster and easier when you need to change/replace TIM )

well thats £40 and you will have to add 1 or 2 120mm fans to it if you plan on overclocking, its a good passive cooler for stock cpu speeds.....
