Spec me CPU cooling

I have a budget of up to £90 but would prefer not to spend it all I have an i5 3570k and a Asus p8z77 v lx Motherboard with corsair Vengeance ram that has the big bits on top..

I don't really want a 'giant' CPU cooler such as the mount doom ones..

I was also looking at other options on air such as

but i love the look of the all in one water coolers and they take up less room and look neat.
I have heard that the fans can be quite noisy on these though so i would also be looking at replacing them i can go over the budget a bit for these..

One worry i have with these all in one water coolers is that they could leak? Is there a high chance of them leaking or will i be safe with them?
