I nearly vomited when i saw it on ps3![]()
I know its not that bad really, but when you have a half decent monitor with a high spec pc, the ps3 doesn't even come close.
I would imagine not. The 360 came out in 2005 and the PS3 was 2006 (Japan).
The consoles are very old now and stating that the PC version looks better is just a bit, well, obvious.
Humm, thanks for all the input. I think my idea of maximum was a little generous. What kind of performance level do you get playing bf3 on a gtx 560 ti? I thought that would run at max.
Since it is very obvious max for £600 is impossible, lets say max budget of £600 with OS included. Monitor on top of that.
a quick read through the article tells me that the cheapest way of making a BF3 maxing rig would be to get two 2GB 6950s in the PC with an i3 2100. however, with the problems AMD are having with crossfire and BF3 i would suggest two 2GB 560Ti's in SLI, preferably overclocked, and an i5 2500k because its silly not to have an i5 2500k in a high end gaming PC
also, i would suggest an SSD for BF3 because it likes to load lots of textures on the fly
