Hey, been using my PC to DJ for a while now, can anyone spec me a good external mixer and sound car so i can use dual channel? In the region of £100-150, second hand or new it doesn't really matter, nothing to fancy, Thanks!

for that price id say the behringer bcd 3000, since it has soundcard built in and everything you need. has inputs for decks/cdjs . not the most amazing quality but will be more than fine for bedroom use

or do you not mean a midi controller/mixer ?

Um, i just mean a mixer i can use with my PC instead of having to use Virtual DJ's interface mixer with my mouse :P

well you need a midi controller rather than a mixer then ? well if you want to be able to control the stop/start skipping etc without the mouse too

id still say the behringer one just because of ease of use/setup and not needing an extra sound card. pretty sure vdj has a profile built in for it too

alternatives would be the m audio torq , numark total control , vestax vci and the hercules range. theyre much better built but fairly more pricey too

The bcd3000 looks wicked, would i need to buy another sound card? Don't get how it would work. I'd be using speakers + the midi + phones

its a usb soundcard aswell as controller (think a fair few of them are)
you just plug your speakers in the back of it and headphones in the front/top. has channels for plugging turntables into un all

its very plasticy feeling but you cant really go wrong for the price.
