My Razer Copperhead is dying (buttons failing) and my Lycosa is missing keystrokes now so I'm probably in the market for a new keyboard and mouse in the near future assuming I can't fix them or horrifically mess up my attempts to do so!
I'm a bit awkward in what I want; I'm a lefty so the first thing is I need an ambidextrous mouse as right handed mice simply hurt to use, I'd also like it if I could control the sensitivity of a mouse similar to the Copperhead as it makes FPS so much easier as well as image editing. On board memory as well as the ability to switch left and right keys are paramount as some of my older games don't map properly. Something similar shape and size to the Copperhead would be great as it's a comfortable mouse and I'm somewhat wary of the odd size and shape of a lot of gaming mice.
On the keyboard front, I don't use the standard WASD keys instead I use IJKL, so keyboards that place emphasis on WASD usage are pointless to me (as I discovered after buying the Lycosa). I can't live without media keys either.
No real budget but I'm not looking to spend hundreds.
