This pcs main use will be with the adobe premiere elements program, dealing with mainly media work kids do (this is for a school) so it all comes off mainly miniDV discs

hdd (wont need to be anything over 300gb, its only for our work office so it'll be cleaned out regularly when a job is finished)
psu
last thing we need that doesnt come under the above budget is a miniDV/vhs player to connect to the above pc
seeing as its going in our office we want it to be nice and fast (compared to the crap in the school media room anyway)
