Spec me my components please

guys could you give me a hand im upgrading my system and all i need is a grapics card may be in sli /mb/cpu/psu/and ram i have everything else ie water cooling/dvd drive etc i have around £1500 so im looking at top hardware.
i have no idea what the ideal setup is so please help.

Hi and welcome to the forums (claimed! :))



Not an expert on watercooling so left about £400 to cover that, plus SLI isn't really worth FYI.

cheers guys i already have a water cooling system basicly all i need is a motherboard/cpu/graphics card and ram oh and a good quality psu with pci-e connectors as i said i have around £1500 to get those 5 items i can strech a little more although the wife would kill me ;)

oh one more thing i will be connecting my pc to a 42" hd lcd via hdmi so i will need an hdmi port or connector.

Thanks for that i think i may just go ahead with the last post i may push towards that EVGA nForce 680i SLi Black Pearl WaterCooled Silent (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard (122-CK-NF68-W1).And the watercooled 8800 gtx's
