SPEC ME PLEASE

hi guys i am on a tight buget £300 and would like to up grade to c2d from my crappy 939 3700.
i would like to use this new rig for gaming mainly so therefore would need a half decent gfx card and a cpu that would reach 2.8ghz.
i already have a real good cooler http://thermaltakeusa.com/product/Cooler/Retail/cl-p0025/cl-p0025.asp set up with 2 fans so dont reqire that.
i do however need mobo,ram,cpu,gfx card,hdd,case and psu.

All for £300? Thats gonna be a tough request to fill.
