Indoor or outdoor? If you check the other thread i'd recommend a 4#3b if you were considering the buzz fly 2.4Ghz.

Got mine delivered for something a little over £80 and am very happy with it.

i take it theres a huge difference between these £100 ones compared to the £15 Picoo Z ones - to me they both fly..

so whats the difference between the two types?

With a PicooZ one you can only go up, down and spin left or right. No backwards or forwards etc.

Is it worth going 2.4ghz on the rec ?
Did you buy it from buzz----- ?

Have a look at the E-Sky Lama V3.
Counter rotating blades, very stable and easy to learn.

Lots of clips on youtube if you want to see it in action.

nope, the buzzflyer was too expensive, the 4#3b is upgraded a little.

I got mine from here: http://www.heli-torque.co.uk/html/walkera_4_3.html 79.99 and postage is around 6.95 i think.

Link to actually buy if your interested:

If you haven't flown a 4ch before I would definately order some training gear from buzzflyer: http://www.buzzflyer.co.uk/Buzz-Fly-Spares/Training-Kit/p-119-909/

Totally different from a 3ch, will take time to learn to fly it properly.

2.4Ghz will solve any channel problems and really is the way to go. Watch out for Wifi and cordless phone messing with the signal though. just don't fly right over your access point!

Other co-ax options:
Easy copter V2
Blade cx2
