Spec me some decent vests

I wear these vests from M&S all year round.

But they’re mens and you’re a girl so I don’t know how much help that will be.
Genuinely curious as I've never worn them, it makes sense to me to wear them in winter as another layer for warmth, but what is the benefit of wearing them in the summer?

Didn't you know Feek secretly works in Iceland, he refills the freezers.

I personally hate the feeling of sweating straight into a shirt.

I don't remember ever wearing a vest, even as a kid. T shirt in summer, T shirt + jumper in winter. Even when I was working in industrial freezers I just wore a T shirt with a fleece.
People have got too used to central heating and walking around the house in their pants when it's -5 outside, no wonder they struggle when they have to go outside.

I've always worn vests/under shirt throughout my life - however I was brought up in a hot country. It's a very middle eastern or "hot country" habit. It stops your sweat getting through to your clothes mainly, but also I find it more comfortable. However probably because I've been doing it for 40+ years, it's quite common in warm countries to do this.
