The pedals come with the cleats, you just remove the blank from the shoes you buy and screw on the cleats.

Anyone had any experience with the Crank Bro's pedals

I've been running Crank Brothers Egg Beaters for 4 years. I have 3 sets now on all my bikes.
They are very lightweight, have excellent mud clearance and are 4 sided so no worries about clipping in. Re-build kits are £10 and extremely easy to fit, probably required every 1000-1500 miles depending on usage.

Yeah, that's what the shop assistant said. I've almost fallen over three times whilst practising unclipping them... stationary... in the kitchen . Along with an entire new bike and gear/break system and position this is going to take some getting used to!
