Just done a pretty much total rebuild of my machine. Spec in sig.

The only thing i didnt upgrade was the RAM which is 3200Mhz stuff.

Considering getting the 32gb kit same make as i have now

Is getting 3600Mhz ram really worth it and if so what kit would you recommend that will deffo work at 3600 in my mobo ( Tuf X570 wifi plus )

3200 to 3600 isn't a huge improvement. It's good to have the frequency running at a 1:1 ratio with the FCLK clock.

The biggest upgrade would be getting a dual rank kit of RAM (note, Dual rank is not the same as dual channel) but it's tricky finding dual rank. You can emulate dual rank and see a performance improvement using 4 DIMMs with AMD Ryzen 5000 series CPUs (4 by 8gigs for instance) but it might be a 3 to 5% improvement. i.e., not huge.

Yes, RAM is cheap at the moment so you can get more but it won't make a huge difference. I think your rig is fine.
