Can anyone recommend some accurate bathroom scales? Ours are out by 5KG at least. Ideally, if it can calculate %BF as well that would be a bonus, but accuracy first and foremost.

house scales are not 100% accurate they were never designed to be, but they should give consistent readings if measured in the same place (flat ground), so if your 85kg then it says 80kg in 2 months, you should have lost 5kg regardless of whether they are out by 5kg or not and the real readings were 90kg and 85kg.

bodyfat scales are not even slightly accurate, as they dont account for muscle mass, etc. a proper bodyfat reading has to be done using specialised equipment and by a fully trained person.
