Got an album thats ~220Mb, obv that cant fit on a single disk, its one rather long song.
Question is how can i split this up so that i am able to put it on 2/3 disks?

Cheers

CDs are usually 750 megs.

Are you making an audio CD and the track length is longer than 1 CD?

What format do you have the file in?

Yeah, audio CD in mp3 format.

As it is in this format it takes much more space than is available on a disk so i have to split it in 2, to be able to pop on disks.

thanks

An ordinary 700MB CDR is good to put 79min 59 sec on as an "Audio CD"...

Yer but the op said that he cant get the one songs onto single cd as its too long so using audacity to spilt up the songs and burn them to 2/3 disc would do it, or I've misunderstood whats going on. (quite possible )
