loctite 406, but I use 151's 'hard as nails' super glue to bond RC tyres to rims since its cheap and has a very runny consistency.

It lasted about another year and was completely dried up.
The bottle after that I can get in it with an implement and use the glue, I recently fixed an inner tube with it but I've bought another bottle.

Might be 6 years too late but I keep it in the freezer and never have issues.
