Spec me some trainers

I use nike lunarglides, can be had for around £60ish IIRC. Go for the worst looking colourways and there generally cheaper.

Had two pairs now.

asics have a trainer guide on their website.

you basically input some information and it gives you an option of like 5 trainers which suit the way you run, how often you run, and what surface you run on, etc.

you can then go to m and m direct and buy a trainer from the same range for 1/4 of the price, or sports direct if you want the exact same trainer for slightly cheaper than what asics sell them for.

imo asics are the best, nike focus on styling, etc rather than performance.
