I'd recommend the Vreds aswell although i've not put mine to the test yet. Though they are now nicely worn in and just waiting to be pushed!

I took the decision to fit some £45 215/35/18 tyres onto my ST24.

Didnt know how long I would keep the car/how long it would last.

So far I am very impressed with them and tbh very shocked, no different to £150 pirelli tyres before hand. I have not tested these on a track and no doubt that is when you will see the difference, however they seem to handle the rain/slush/dry very well. The road noise seems far better to, however that is going from very worn tyres to a new tyre.

These amazing tyres are called Sunew!

Have you pushed your car to the limits that the tyres fitted are so unsafe, or are you just stopping the potential happening?

Could well have been...I can never remember the model of tyres just the brand. All I remember were I used to have them on my little fiesta ZS also.

Still £45 per tyre for 18's, so far no ditch has been found in the 4/5 months they have been fitted! (Yet!!)
