Hey Guys

I'm after some recommendations on some gloves. I look after my son's football team and I am the mug who has to set the net's up at stupid o'clock on a Saturday morning. Not an issue in summer but in Winter with the cold and wet and wind, it's painful.

I need something that are waterproof, warm but most importantly thin so I can use the end of my fingers without a problem as I need to do some 'fiddly' bits attaching the netting to the post's

So there you go, waterproof, warm, and extremely thin.

Any recommendations

Waterproof, warm and extremely thin?

Pick two, I'm afraid.

I used Gore Running Wear Windstopper gloves when I need to be dexterous. Thin, water resistant (not waterproof) and the keep the chill off because they are windproof.

I've got some Specialized Sub Zeros which have a thinner windproof inner and a chunky lobster claw outer, so can pop the outers off when doing something fiddly but have some nice thick gloves when just standing around.

Also have some gore windstoppers, which are good, but they don't do so well when it gets really cold.

only recently got them, so not really had chance to see how they do, but i got some 2mm neoprene gloves (from no fear), no particular reason on the make other than they were on sale for £5.
