Hey all,

My current trainers have started to come to the end of their life.
I am looking for a trainer which I will be using to run with and will be weight lifting in the gym, so I thought I would just get a running shoe.

I popped into JJB today and tried on the Nike Pegasus+ 28 and I felt like my foot was leaning inwards too much. I was running low on time so didn't have any time to try anything else on.

My foot is standard, not arched or flat.

I have been browsing online for some a pair and have come across the Nike Lunarglide+ 4. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this trainer?

If you have any advice on a decent trainer please let me know, budget is around £100.

Thanks

I've had the Lunarglide and the 3's.

Both great. When did the 4s come out? Just bought the 3s!

Top tip, get them in the worst colour way possible, end up dirt cheap :D Who cares what they look like, no one looks good running.

But worth going to a running shop and getting your gait anaylised.

If you are running then go to a proper running shop and get them to fit you properly. Buy whatever they recommend regardless of make, colour or style.

Your knees will thank you for it and you will get more pleasure out of running further and faster.

I am still on the 2s, was planning to get the 3s then only today realised there are 4s out!!! I love the Lunarglides and I nearly need a new pair :D

OP, definitely get your gait analysed.
