my friend wants a computer for around £250-300, he does photo editing but doesnt play games.. he burns a lot on to disc so hes just bothered about, cd drive, ram and processor.. any help please? thx

The graphics are only intgrated and you will need to buy an OS (might want to try getting your hands on a Windows 7 pre-order), plus use Windows 7 RC in the meantime (license runs out in March 2010). But generally, it should fit the bill.
 
I don't even think that case supports mITX.

My bad, you are indeed correct. I need to wire my brain to correctly differentiate between mITX and mATX. In that case, he should go for a case like this and a DVD drive like this.

This will all push the price up - so I recommend going for this OCUK prebuild or something similar.
