The graphics are only intgrated and you will need to buy an OS (might want to try getting your hands on a Windows 7 pre-order), plus use Windows 7 RC in the meantime (license runs out in March 2010). But generally, it should fit the bill.

I don't even think that case supports mITX.

I don't want to pick holes, but you will need a gpu/integrated graphics.
Edit: I'm wrong, the case supports mATX not mITX, props to Superewza for spotting.

My bad, you are indeed correct. I need to wire my brain to correctly differentiate between mITX and mATX. In that case, he should go for a case like this and a DVD drive like this.
This will all push the price up - so I recommend going for this OCUK prebuild or something similar.
