What cpu and motherboard do you currently have? It has a boot problem I presume? Is this a result of a failed bios flash or has it happened over time? What have you tried to fix it?
Any new motherboard and cpu is going to require new memory as well because both AMD and Intel platforms use DDR4 these days so how much is your budget?

not a result of bios flash...forgot bios password...cant get into windows....tried battery overnight but still same... cpu amd a75. budget 400/500
