pretty much what it says in the title no need for a case, keyboard, mouse and speakers or monitor... gunna be used for Games, video editing and photoshop/dreamweaver...

I would wait for Conroe to come out mate... really really strongly recommend if you can... thats what I'm waiting for

Yes, at stock a Conroe CPU will have quite a substantial advantage over a stock AMD CPU, especially in terms of gaming.

not really but AMD are going to reprice their chips when Conroe comes out to compete with it... cheaper AMD chips are also worth waiting for :)

Think about it. With a £1200 budget he can buy an E6600/E6700 and even when running at stock that will destroy the likes of a stock X2 3800+/4400+

Doh, I was thinking conroe/yonah were the same socket.
As said above change that to a conroe 6600 and it should be a good spec. I would have chosen conroe in the original spec but it wasn't on the site at the time of making and I didn't really know the prices.
