Spec Request: Basic Bike

I'm looking to pick up a basic bike, I'll be using it to go round a local country park (road surface). I'm just wanting to get some general fitness levels up and I've enjoyed cycling in the past.

Is this a good buy, or would you have alternative suggestions? Budget is £300 max.

Thanks for the advice, I'll order the bike I've linked. If I get into this as a proper regular thing then I'll look to pick up something with a bit more spec for the use.
