'Ingenious turning system'

I love marketing. It's a pivot. Look back through time to the simplest of devices to come across the fabled 'wheel', which utilised a similar mechanism.
 
Think again, look at the USB ports and power connections in the base, it's pretty clever how the link between those and the PS3 stays maintained even when turning.

Ever seen a kettle?

Having taken the ****, I am tempted - it's too nice a way to store the PS3 and the controllers.
 
How? Just extend it up a bit (add more connections - basically, each contact is circular, and you have a series of 'striped' contacts up a central spine. The device then attaches to that, and has matching rings - almost exactly like many kettles.
 
Very tempted to get one, but question about the USB port addon "sold seperately" - so what exactly is included in this, just a base and charger? Does the unit itself have any USB ports on it? If not, do you need to disconnect the unit to use the two std ports on the slim?

Last question, if stock is in today, will they be booked-in in time to send out today (so would I recieve it tomorrow)?

Very nice, I've used various Vogels VESA mounts before and they were top quality, I expect this probably follows the same design ethic.

They should be booked in on time to be sent yes. I will update the thread. This includes the base model which has 2 usb ports included. The expansion has 4 extra USB ports which i will probably be listing and another will be 90 degree HDMI / 90 degree Powerlead (braided HDMI)
