Specific Notepad

Ok this is oddly specific but maybe one of you knows exactly what I'm after.

I want a note book/pad that is flipped along the top edge and is around a6 size. The flip part of the pad would be glue/gum as the pages need to be removed as they are used.
Additional requirement is a protective front and rear cover. The pads rear cardboard backing should be able to slip into a sleeve on the back cover. Bonus would be a pen loop but this is not essential.

I have searched through Google, Amazon and eBay but can't find exactly what I want. Any suggestions?

That might just have to do, seems to be the only thing I found too. I wanted a cover part to go with it to protect the paper while working too. Might just have to sacrifice a page or too if they get messed up.
