Looks good, though you can very easily get away with the 520W Corsair. I'd then be tempted to buy a 500GB drive with the difference.

Forgot to mention I have 200GB sata and 2 X 250GB HDD so I will have 4 then, can that 520W hack that?

X800GTO, havnt got the cash for graphics atm also going to wait for the new ATI's.

Hmm, TBH I'd stick with the 620W then. If you'd said something like "1950PRO which I intend to keep for a couple of years", my answer would have been different.
