I am creating a presentation on how hardware has changed, and i was just thinking how does SLI work on a motherboard, what components does the motherboard need. Except the 2 or more PCI-E Slots.
Really none.
If motherboard has enough fitting PCIe slots for the cards only thing needed is support for SLI in Nvidia drivers...
Which is what they have been limiting for retaining their cash cow.
