I had a dream last night about playing my old Spectrum ZX+2. I had a game which came with a gun controller which back in those days was pretty spohisticated.

In each level, targets would shoot across from one side of the screen to the other. At the first level, you started off with a pistol and gradually worked your way up to machine guns and eventually a bazooka.

I remember my dad referring to it as "The James Bond game" but a search hasn't turned up any results. Can anyone remember the name of this game?

Thanks :D

Was that the gun?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magnum_Light_Phaser - say it was used with James Bond 007 on the Speccy.

While we're on the subject...

Does anyone remember, or can they find, details of a Spectrum games multipack - the thing about it was that all the cassettes were gold! About 10 or 12 games in total. I can remember it included one game about a wizard, but that's it.

I had that exact pack, was ace. God that was a long time ago, think i can just about remember some of the stuff in that James Bond game.
