It's worth putting up with once you get onto a nice B-road....
Except most lowered cars are nasty kidney killers on a B-Road as well

Stoke is getting worse for these damn things, not an issue in my HGV tbh (unless carrying loads of empty glass bottles!) but a real pita with my car.
That would be a sight to see![]()

4x4s aren't taxed more.Surely it's so the councils can force people to buy a 4x4, and then they can tax them for it, either with increased road tax, congestion charging, ect! Thats why there seems to be the war on the 4x4, it's not a climate thing, it's a money thing!![]()
Actually... would there be any comeback if a speed hump damaged your car and you were driving at the correct limit for that road? I presume not. I mean... how's it allowed for them to put things up that damage your car when you're driving within the speed limit they have deemed acceptable?. Stupid stupid stupid. Grr.
Those pillow ones are really annoying, I have to go 2 wheels over the middle of it at about 2mph or it scrapes something chronic. I tore a hole in the sump a couple of weeks ago so now i'm super paranoid about them.
