Guys ive got 3Gigs of Corsair XMS2 DDR2 6400C5 ram which i have been using for about two years.

However, im totally unsure as to what speed it should be running at.
CPU-z posts this:

Type: DDR2
Channels: Dual
Size: 3072
DC Mode: Symetric

DRAM Frequency: 400.8Mhz
FSB:DRAM: 5:6
CAS# Latency (CL): 5.0 Clocks
RAS Precharge: 5 Clocks
Cycle Time: 18 clocks
Row Refresh time: 54 Clocks
Command Rate: 2T

See anything wrong with that little lot? Anyone know what this ram should be running at?

corsair say this:

CM2X2048-6400C5
Speed Rating PC2-6400
Tested Speed 800Mhz - does this mean that my DRAM frequency of 400mhz is wrong? should it be 800mhz or am i reading into this wrong. Does it mean 2X400mhz = 800mhz?
