don't get me wrong - I will report the missing NSL signs to the council and see what they come back with
I've seen it in villages where the NSL sign has disappeared ... this is first time I've seen it in main town so to speak - as I said just wondered if it was a way of trying to "trick" drivers into driving at the previous speed limit until the first NSL repeater
easier than getting actual speed limit for road changed perhaps ?
last time I reported something road wise I got a report back so I'll see what comes back with this
From what I've read from more helpful sources, NSL signs are used where the road is 'declassified' whereas 60 signs require a legal order to be in place. I'm just curious as to why that's been changed when it really makes no difference to this particular road.
