Recent new build. Bit anxious that all is well. I ran 3DMark05 just out of curiosity and it reports my 8800 GTX as "NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTX, 108 MHz / 351 MHz". I am bit confused - I thought the card ran faster than that  Does this mean something's wrong?

Yes 3D Mark normally reads it wrong, look at the core/ram speed in Ntune or classic control panel for Nvidia or even RivaTuner, remember to 2x your ram speed if its say 800 its really 1600ddr.
