Can any of you guys tell me what the penalty will be for the following:
My son aged 26 has ben prosecuted abd due to appear in court after being caught by police doing 108mph on A14 (dual carriageway with limit of 70mph)
He has a 3 point statutary fine already on his licence. Will he be offered option of 6 points or ban. How long would ban be for. He needs car for work as he works 80 miles from home.
Any help or advice on plea or anything else would be appreciated. For the record as his father I am disgusted and have no time for him, I am just worried for his job.
