Hi guys

I was driving 34 in a 30 when I saw a speed camera van with it's rear end facing me. Expecting to get a speeding ticket, but unsure which address this will go to. This was on a corner and I slowed down as soon as I saw it so I am hoping I have avoided my first ever ticket.

My driving license has recently been sent off as I've bought a new house but it will still have my old home address.

With buying the new house where I am now, the insurance is registered there...which is what my license is being updated to.

So does it go to either

Registered car address
Insurance address
Driving license address

Additionally...I know it's up to 14 days to receive the letter, instead of me worrying for two weeks is there anyway to check if I will be receiving one.

Was this 34mph on the speedo? If so you'll most likely be fine.

If a ticket is issued, I presume it'll go to whichever address is 'current' on the DVLA's system at the time the ticket is issued.

Yeah hopefully not! What address out of those three would it go to though?

It would go to the address on the V5 as it's the registered keeper's responsibility to either admit the crime or advise who was driving at the time.

There's no way of finding out if you can expect a ticket (not unless you know somebody working in the team issuing the ticket).

Also like others said, at an indicated 34mph I more than likely wouldn't worry about it, your real speed will be under that.
