You can commit multiple offences in a journey.

The only argument is that if you were caught twice in quick succession and could argue it was the same offence, for example if you drive 4 miles at 50mph in a 40mph zone and get flashed twice within those 4 miles technically it could be argued you were speeding once but witnessed twice.

This obviously isn't the case for the OP, is it?

Sorry matey I read it wrong. I thought he got caught twice for the same incident.
