hey,

just woudering are there many programs out there to speed up the performance of a computer (such as tuneup) also how good is the windows defrag compared to a third party one and what might one be lol??

The only ones ive ever used are CCleaner and Diskeeper

Diskeeper is an alternative defragger which is better than the normal windows one
CCleaner does internet files etc

however Tuneup and other things i REALLY dont bother with as there often more hastle than there worth
