At your resolution, Id get a 470.... if you have an sli capable mobo.
If you only have crossifre mobo, then wait for the 6000 series.
Also dude, bear in mind, that gpus dont last for ever, so shelling out £400 now and needing/wanting to upgrade in approx 2 years time is not an efficient way to do it.
I think (personal opinion) get a 200-250 card now and then in 2 years time when gpu tech has moved on, sell the card, and get another 200-250 card in two years.....
Especially at your resolution you want need more than a 5850 or a 470...
