When Removing puss from something like that or even a pimple its best to find the main pore that leads into it and then slide the pin in.
That way it wont bleed very much until afterwards and the pore will stretch open enough to give birth the the mega puss ball with in
Its even quite painless that way to

'Bitten on left hand. Looked like large pimple with pus-head surrounded by red inflammation. Wound burst and entire hand became septic. Wife also bitten: same painful wound for 7 days.'
