Spider-man Miles Morales

Well worth playing with dualsense and a good set of headphones if you haven’t already.

Lol. I am in a similar boat age wise, but as long as I enjoy the game play I can put up with subpar story I find. What I struggle with when it is the other way around like Uncharted Legacy. Gameplay is a bit repetitive and boring in that game. Constantly climbing in a boring fashion.

I think we’re all a pretty similar age. I find that as I get older I get drawn to shorter, more story focussed games and away from open, repetitive and multiplayer elements. This does of course have them, but not overly as forced as say games like AC Valhalla.

See I am the opposite, I can't sit there and play a story driven game as it just bores me after a short while, it really depends if the story can grip me, I started playing the Plague Tale games and got gripped for a couple hours but I've not picked those back up for a week or so.. however mulitplayer games keeps me going, mostly FPS's, (Apex, Insurgency Sandstorm etc) I can play those for ages.

Stopped playing Uncharted Legacy and started playing this and the 4 or so hours went by much quicker due to enjoying the gameplay much more. Game is already 45% complete as I collected all time capsules and tech stuff. Those maybe a chore to some but as it is fun traversing the city I quite enjoyed it.

Next will do a few more things left dotted around the map and then resume the story :D

90% done now. As people mentioned not as much to do in this game relative to the original, but to be honest anything more would have just been too much unless it was a better and longer story.

Story is ok, not the best, not the worst, kind of childish but will do. But with the fun gameplay it was not a problem for me. From what I can see I only got about 2-3 missions left as every other side content is done.

Officially completed 100% :)

Took 15 hours and I enjoyed it. Nothing left to do apart from the auto generated crime stuff.

The game is worth about £15 based on my experience, so happy I waited and got it at a discount price considering I only had to wait a month or so after release :D

I would continue playing, but not fan of the icy city and also not a fan of the extra suits, I prefer the proper Spider-Man suit.

It is smaller than the original by quite a margin but I don't think that's a bad thing considering that one really got repetitive with the side stuff later on.

This one has more fun traversal, better gameplay overall and doesn't overstay its welcome.

Agree with this now that I have completed it. Overall I still prefer the original, but glad I got this as I had already played that one. I actually won't even bother buying the Spider-Man remaster for my collection as I know they are making a sequel which will eventually come to the pc and that will likely be better in every way.

Roll on Spider-Man 2!
