Hey guys can i Split those 2 separate cables in to my 1070 GPU using separate connectors on the PSU? because im trying to hook up my Second 1070 SLI
If so would it be safe?

Good god, that power supply has next to no sockets.

I would strongly advise against - get a power supply that meets your needs - you can damage the graphics cards by under-powering them, and the PSU by over-drawing it.

I think it is not a fully modular PSU, the built in cable set should have 2 PCIe connectors then the extra 2 can be taken from the plug in cables.

That is because it is semi modular. The 24 pin and 8 pin etc are hardwired in. Also there is nothing wrong with the psu so not sure why you are suggesting otherwise.

Not sure I fully understand your question, but you can plug both of those cables into the 'Blue' sockets on the psu and use a cable for each gpu. I take it your GTX 1070's only need a single 6 or 8 pin connector ?

GTX 1070's need a single 8-pin connector, if both blue sockets are free on your power supply, you'll be able to hook up both graphics cards.

This semi-modular power supply has mostly-fixed power leads - the cx430m I have only has the 20+4 plus an 8-pin fixed, thus the confusion.

Not sure where you are getting your info from but there are GTX 1070's that require 2 x 8 pin or 1 x 8 pin and 1 x 6 pin.
