Whether hes made of glass or not, its pathetic that Holland did that to him was it last season when you were on a great run, i'll never understand the appeal of playing for my country over club.

Yep during dec time i think...we were a few pts ahead and were getting a nice little run with RVP fit and scoring goals...then Holland go and call him up and he gets injured which rules him out for the 2nd half of the season...pure lunacy and im pretty sure Arsenal asked Holland for some sort of compensation.

Then from that Giggs scores, great determination from Berb, good cross from Rooney and a great finish from Giggsy :D
 
Arsenal need to be far more clinical, playing brilliantly but with a 1-0 lead that's not good enough!!
Should easily be 3-0 at half time.
 
How are we only 1-0 up, madness. It's not like we're even being wasteful, it's just that Al-Habsi and Wigan's defnders have done everything possible to thwart us. Glad we've at least managed one though, or I'd be pretty annoyed right now.

Just hope we can at least keep them as restricted for the second half. With Arsenal's defence you can never be comfortable at 2-0, let alone 1-0.

Pretty disappointed it's not 6-0 yet, 11 shots on goal vs Wigan's 0. To be fair Al-Habsi has played a major part in keeping Wigan in this game but we've had numerous chances to put this game to bed. 3-0 at United atm, this game is a must win!
 
United are playing really well for once, Giggs is justifying another years contract, Berbatov is looking really composed and like he'll finish anything you give him, and Rooney is playing his heart out, some really good football.

The midfield even looks half decent with Anderson playing well!
 
1545: It's Arsenal v Ali Al Habsi at the Emirates. The Wigan keeper is having a stormer to prevent the Gunners posting a cricket score. He tips over Samir Nasri's rising drive, then makes an outstanding stop to keep out an another Cesc Fabregas effort before completing a hat-trick of saves when he smothers a cross-cum-shot from Nasri.

Yep we should be up at least 3 goals by now...but their goal keeper is having a stonker of a game and their defenders are defending well.

I do agree though we need to be far more clinical....just extremely fustrating that we are wasteful more than successful...Walcott should have scored with his one on one but instead of being selfish he decided to pass it off :/...nice of him to do that but geez come on a bit of selfishness wouldnt go astray lol.
