There are two rounds of fixtures this week. I've included this time the fixtures that have been called off. Unless I can be bothered I won't be updating the original post for those that are called off nearer to their kick off.

Chelsea I think will be a loss, though to be fair with the team in funny form it's not a wholly bad time to play them. However I still don't see us getting three points. Cesc returning is a massive boost, but then Chelsea have Essien back as well. RvP likes scoring against them..when we do score against them and hopefully the extra minutes under his belt will help. Diaby is back apparently too...

Wigan away is also important - no doubt to get three points after Chelsea, but also banish that insane ten minutes last year.

I'm so happy I now have Sky. Going to be a stressful week. Obviously want 9 points out of them but that would be far too easy. Think we need them to help put the Tevez thing behind us. At least until the next crisis anyway.

Think it could be Arsenals turn to do Chelsea, probably going to be no better time to try anyway! That said, good time for them to put in an accomplished win and get their title race back on. They said that was the spurs game but it hardly made a statement of intent.

Tough few games for United. I have a feeling that the Arsenal Chelsea result will lead to a BIG blow to one of their title chances.

Blackpool/liverpool

Offski, as is Everton/blackburn, according to radio 5:(

Ahh well 2 hours of fighting talk before the game on sky.

Funny thing is, looking at the forecast for most of Jan as well, its highly likely that Pool vs Pool even at its now date in Jan could be called off, again!

Its a joke they have no anti-frost measures, should be mandatory to be in the PL.
Snow is one thing, but the temps in Blackpool reach -5 -10 sort of temps all through winter every year, its not like they couldn't see it coming .

Everton - Brum is off!

Apparently frozen pipes which ended up bursting yesterday and through the night has meant the undersoil heating hasn't been working properly.

Can't wait for today. I think all games should be played at the same time every week.. Only problem with that is not being able to show more games on tv.

Hope West Ham can get a result today.

1-0 Fulham - Hughes

Remember only one EPL team bottom in the New year has stayed up. Not looking good for West Ham.
