Good result and it's easy to see why Wigan were the form team in the Prem. Vidic without doubt MoM. Positionally he has been excellent all night. Still think he should be the long term replacement for Nev as club captain
 
United havent conceded a goal in 9 league games in a row now :eek:

Thats got to be some kind of record for them?
 
wigan did show some real quality right up until the penalty area. saying that as i mentioned earlier in the thread our ball retention was woeful, haven't seen us that bad for a while.

Aye looks like it. Went down quite hard, tried to carry on and got clattered again. Couldn't walk on it, anyway.

Hope you lot win the title, don't want Liverpool winning it :)
 
VERY lucky in the 2nd half

We lost a lot when Rooney went off (but a lot was going through Ronaldo as Nani wasnt brilliant by any means)

Credit to Wigan it sounded like they really tried to play a decent game, and I lost a lot of fingernails in the 2nd half

3 points are 3 points though - squeeky bum time for the league leaders

Rooney, Tevez, Rio, Evra, Brown all injured to some extent or another - the next few games are going to be tough
 
At least it's a game won. Let's get a win at Bolton and really turn up the heat on Liverpool. And can we have Giggs back for saturday please! Is Fabio fit? Because O'Shea had a shocker.
 
chelseas zonal marking is shocking. they have good headers of the ball which are made to look poor in this system. we were so much tighter at the back under jose. rafa looked a chump when he tried using the system, its only gone to prove it shouldnt be used.
