Spooky Image?

Erm, can someone point out what I should be looking for. All I can see 6 girls and a little kid crying.

Ah wait, I see it now:

the light source is right, looks like a ceiling light between middle two girls, and the way it projects onto the girl crying looks right, with the right shadows

how can you tell the 'ghost' is overlayed.

The light source on the girls head doesnt match the light source on any of the girls head, nor is it consistent on her jumper.

Zoom right in on the "ghost", and you can see where a brush has been used to touch up the "ghosts" hair over the girls fat leg.

All I did was use a dodge tool to bring out the faces..... look in the photo if you want the real thing... but freaky?!

I think that's just a random collaboration of pixel blending than anything else, and you're just seeing what you're looking for; more heads

That is the only dodgy bit to me.... gives it away that it's been blurred or merged?

The object if real seems to overlap the girls leg ruling out the radiator so it's one of 3 things:
A Photoshop job
A real object in the room or something ghostly
A camera anomaly / something on the lens

One hell of an anomaly.... the chances of it looking that way, being in that convenient location and the girl crying.... what are the odds?

the light source still looks right to me, but i see what you mean about the hair. some very straight egde big blocks of colour there, which dont like the same kinda effects elsewhere due to a naff camera.

I used Alien Skins blowup in photoshop to enlarge the image. The Algorithm it uses might be as to why the head blends into the leg.

I'm loving the conspiracy theories though

So does anybody know of a website that I could send it to for some expert dissection?

As for where the image is hosted, I originally showed it to Guild members and I just put it in a directory i knew where to get it easily.
