No, it is a long-running meme. 'I'ma chargin' ma lazor' 'I'ma firin' ma lazor' and 'shoop da woop' have been going round for a long time now. I believe they were all originally from 4chan - they certainly populated the site well enough.

Don't forget, the internet is serious business.

it would have been a believable image if the little girl on the right wasnt so obvioulsy shopped in, I say believable image as it would have made people go 'oooh look', but even the 'ghost' is photoshopped.
 
How anybody believes this sort of carp is beyond me.

Why, for the love of god why would 5 girls (+1 unknown...) post for a photo, stick a crying child in front of them off to the side and pay that child no attention what soever. The child in the bottom right is so obviously shopped in. Its not even a good shop as the lighting/colors dont much up at all

Ive seen 'when you see it, youll poop bricks' photos which are why scarier than this. But most of those are quite racist so i wont post em here :P

I was going to mention that, seems nuts to me that none of them are giving the child even the slightest bit of attention, there all hugging and arms around each other, dont believe the child should be there, irrelevant of lighting etc.
